Traditionally, during the Yom Kippur Yizkor service we honor the memory of our loved ones who have passed away.

In order to update our Memorial Booklet for this upcoming Yom Kippur, we are asking that you indicate names of those that you wish to be included in this year's booklet.

Please return this form to the Temple office no later than September 15, 2024.

While donations are not obligatory, it is customary to make a contribution to the synagogue in memory of the lives of our loved ones.
