2025 Annual Meeting Proxy Authorization/Absentee Ballot

The Annual Meeting for Temple Sinai will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, starting at 7:30 PM, in person at Temple Sinai. At this meeting, each household will have the opportunity to vote for the approval of the proposed budget and slate of officers and board members, both of which are available on the Temple Sinai website with the 2025 Annual Meeting Materials.

The Temple By-Laws allow for voting by proxy at congregational meetings as permitted by Section 207 of the Religious Corporation Law of New York State.

Congregants who wish to vote but cannot attend the meeting may vote via proxy by completing this Proxy Ballot and returning it to the temple office. Proxy Ballots must be received in the temple office no later than the end of the business day on Monday, June 16, 2025. Proxy Ballots received after this date cannot be counted.

Please note that membership at Temple Sinai is by household unit, and as such only one vote per household unit is allowed at congregational meetings. If multiple Proxy Ballots are received from a single household unit, only the most recently dated Proxy Ballot will be considered valid at the meeting.
