Gary I. Ginsburg is the National Commander of the Jewish War Veterans (JWV) of the U.S.A., a position he has held since September 2024. A U.S. Army veteran with 32 years of honorable service both stateside and overseas, he retired as a Command Sergeant Major at the brigade and battalion level. Prior to his national role, he served as JWV National Vice Commander, New York State Department Commander, and Post 41 Commander in Rochester. He is also a member of the veteran advisory board at Syracuse University. His leadership is grounded in four core values: honor, excellence, advocacy, and respect.
