Community Wide Geniza Burial at Temple B’rith Kodesh
    Monday, Oct 28th 8:30a to 2:30p
The last time we sponsored a community-wide Genizah, was more than 3 years ago when Temple B’rith Kodesh generously donated land on their property. It was a great success and helped people clean out their bookshelves as well as many Shuls and Temples cleaning out their basements. We hope this year's event will be as successful. So, look around your house, gather all the Hebrew religious books you have and drop them off at TEMPLE B'RITH KODESH, 2131 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, New York 14618

    Repro Care Kit Assembly
    Sunday, Nov 3rd 11:00a to 1:00p
We encourage you to join us for Temple Sinai's FOURTH Assembly program to provide support to those receiving abortion care in New York. In addition to the care bag assembly, Amy Hsi, Director of Clinical Services at Planned Parenthood will share what the local office is seeing, who is seeking care at the Rochester Planned Parenthood, and how our care bags are received by staff and patients. While NY is still able to provide reproductive healthcare to its residents, access in many other states is severely limited. In addition to your vote, everything you do is an opportunity to take a stand for what you believe in. Showing up to assemble care bags expresses our Jewish community's support for people seeking abortions in our area (from both near and far).
